All Sea Cadets participate in PT (Physical Training). It is suggested that all Cadets utilize the NSCC/NLCC PHYSICAL READINESS MANUAL to know what is expected and what goals they should strive to meet. Exceptions are made for those Cadets with medical needs. Below is the PRT chart so you can see where you need to be in order to pass or earn a ribbon.

RUN: REQUIRED TIMES ARE LISTED FOR AGE IN ORDER TO PASS
PUSH: PUSH UPS - DO AS MANY AS YOU CAN
